• Depending on the credential earned, you can land a job as an auto technician or mechanic. 
• The National Career Clusters Framework created a tool to help you find a career that suits your interests and skills. Our automotive technology program is part of the  career cluster.

• In-district high school students can get started while still in high school. This program has a study guide to outline a pathway from certain high schools into our automotive program. 
• You鈥檒l learn in a fully equipped shop with multiple vehicles to work on..

• Join the workforce quickly with one of our auto certificates or degree. 
• Start working in a professional garage in as little as eight months with a basic certificate. 
• Then continue your training as an automotive technician with an advanced certificate or degree in automotive technology.
• We have many local industry partners and opportunities for job placement assistance.
• Local professionals visit the class for live demonstrations and lectures throughout the year.

• Students interested in pursuing a certificate or degree in automotive are encouraged to speak with their academic advisor.
• The automotive program requires  to work on lab projects. 
• A variable tuition rate applies to this program.
