Shipping Rates

 USPS shipping rates calculated during checkout will vary depending on your location. Shipping transit times will vary, and estimated delivery times are not guarantees of the exact delivery date.

Shipping Time

All domestic orders of in stock items are shipped by the following business day. Please allow up to 24 hours for online tracking information to update.

International Shipping

Due to international shipping delays caused by COVID-19, we are currently not shipping internationally. Orders ship from San Diego, California, for delivery to US addresses only.

Potential Shipping Delays

KI FPV / KI Studios is not responsible or liable for any potential delays delays of your delivery. Estimated delivery times will vary, and do not serve as a guarantee of delivery day for your order. If a package is delayed, we do not receive any inside information as to why, or when it will be delivered. The tracking number provided with your order is the best source of information.

Wrong Address

Please double check your shipping address and make sure your default Paypal address is current. Shipments must be sent to the address provided at checkout. KI FPV / KI Studios is not responsible if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

Returns

Customers are responsible for postage in the case that products are sent back for replacement, exchange, or return. Returned products must be in new, unused condition. Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. KI FPV / KI Studios reserves the right to deny any claims or return requests if these conditions are not met.

Warranty

KI FPV / KI Studios products do not come with any type of warranty. If a product is found to have a defect, a request for return or exchange of the unused product must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
